High cholesterol levels in your 40s raises Alzheimer's risk


I understand this is off track for this blog. However, it is important and you might want to read this article. More than 10 million baby boomer's can expect to suffer from Alzheimer's during their lifetime.

The study found people with total cholesterol levels between 249 and 500 milligrams were one-and-a-half times more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than those people with cholesterol levels of less than 198 milligrams.
